Originally hailing from Singapore, Ju has made Santa Fe his home with his family since 2009. He received is Bachelor of Arts (Architectural Studies) from the National University of Singapore before leaving for New York City to work as a junior designer in the firm of Buttrick White and Burtis Architects. He received his Masters of Architecture I from Syracuse University in 1993, winning the AIA Henry Adams Certificate and Medal for highest academic ranking in the graduate program.

He has lived and worked in the Architectural profession from New York City, Baltimore (MD) to Santa Fe (NM)
. From 2000-2008, Ju  lived and worked in Singapore, maintained a free lance design practice while teaching Architecture and Interior Design at the National University of Singapore and LaSalle College of the Arts respectively. During that time, he also became a respected and active set/event designer in the Singapore arts scene. Since 2009, while living in Santa Fe, NM, Ju has maintained connections in Singapore and continues to travel there for work and family.

Ju is a registered Architect in the states of Maryland and New Mexico.
